At Venkatesha Creations, we provide digital services and customized products. Since our services are personalized and delivered in digital format, we request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund on Digital Products

All our services involve the creation of customized digital wedding invitation videos and e-cards.

As these are intangible digital products and cannot be returned, no refunds will be issued once the final video has been delivered to the client.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment.

In such cases, a 100% refund will be processed within 2–3 working days to the original payment method.

After Work Begins

Once our editing team starts working on your project (generally 1 hour after order placement), cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

A full refund will be issued only if we fail to deliver the project within the promised timeline of maximum 7 working days, and the delay is caused due to technical issues from our side.
