By availing services from Venkatesha Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and begin the editing process, 50% advance payment is mandatory.

The remaining balance must be paid before the final delivery of the video.

Turnaround Time

The standard delivery time for a wedding invitation video is 2 to 4 working days, calculated after we receive all required details (photos, names, dates, venue information) from the client.

Urgent delivery (within 24 hours) is available on request and may involve additional charges.

Revisions Policy

We provide up to 2 rounds of free revisions per order.

These revisions include:

Text or spelling corrections

Minor content adjustments

Photo replacement

Requests for major changes, such as changing the complete theme, concept, or background music after the video is created, will be treated as a New Order and charged separately.

Data Accuracy

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate spellings, dates, names, and venue details.

Venkatesha Creations will not be held responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

Usage Rights

All videos and digital invites provided by Venkatesha Creations are intended for personal use only, including sharing on WhatsApp and social media platforms.

Clients are not permitted to:

Resell the videos

Edit or modify the content

Claim ownership or request source files

All creative rights remain with Venkatesha Creations.

By placing an order and making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
